Jonas “Joe” Suba
Escrow Team Leader
Joe has years of extensive experience and knowledge in Real Estate and Escrow industry. He has
mastered his skills and proficiency in doing open order requests, order payoff, title packs, tax
certifications, and process loan estimate. He’s also a specialist in sending sub requirements,
reviewing preliminary and secondary process and reports, inputting and calculating payoff figures
and sending an opening package to different parties. Joe received his bachelor’s degree in Computer
Technology at Asian Institute of Science and Technology in the Philippines.
He’s a strong believer that every workplace must have a work-life balance structure. He also spends
his personal time with his loved ones.
