Jenalou “Jen” Panganiban
Recruitment & Admin Specialist
Jen is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Holy Angel University in the Philippines. She
started her career in Human Resources and Administration Department and has heightened and
developed her skills doing the end to end recruitment process through the years. She’s also expert in
staff requisition, job posting, sourcing, interviewing potential candidates, conducting pre-
employment exams, selecting best fit talents, and on-boarding. She is also skilled in HRIS
Management and making policies, contracts, and off-boarding process.
Jen loves spending her personal time with her family and reading novels and fictions. She’s also fond
of travelling, nature tripping, watching movies and series, and eating.
